Role Summary
We are growing our product organization and seeking a Product Manager based near our Dallas HQ to help build the next generation of digital experiences for our clients. You will help craft the touchpoints that connect passionate collectors and consignors with the items and expertise they covet. In collaboration with Design, Engineering, Digital Commerce, and key stakeholders, you will develop new features, elevate user journeys, and introduce innovative tools that make our platform even more engaging, intuitive, and rewarding. This role is ideal for a hands-on, creative, data-driven, user-centric PM who enjoys uncovering opportunities and turning them into reality.
Location: Dallas/Fort Worth preferred (hybrid role).

What You’ll Do
Sample focus areas, depending on capabilities and mutual fit:
- Own and execute growth-oriented initiatives for HA.com and our mobile app, improving how clients discover, bid, and stay engaged
- Productize and optimize “What’s It Worth?” and other frictionless inquiry flows, turning curiosity into consignments
- Lead data-driven experiments to improve conversion and repeat participation
- Define success metrics, measure results, and communicate learnings to stakeholders and executives
- Advocate for the client journey, helping ensure Heritage Auctions is as intuitive and engaging as possible
- Shepherd strategic initiatives that require synthesizing user needs, technical capabilities, and business impact
Requirements
What You’ll Bring
- 4–8 years of product management experience, ideally in e-commerce, marketplaces, or other relevant contexts
- Genuine, demonstrated interest in AI and other emerging tools & technologies
- Ability to frame problems clearly, understand user behavior and business context, and prioritize what matters most
- Strong commercial sensibility; able to build business cases around key initiatives
- Sound product taste, with an instinct for identifying simple, elegant solutions
- Relentless execution toward meaningful user and business impact
- Extreme ownership and bias for action
- Skill in using data, experimentation, and clear metrics to inform decisions and accelerate learning
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, both written and verbal
- A “collector gene” is a plus
